Are you passionate about pastry, desserts, and genuine craftsmanship and want to work creatively alongside chefs in an ambitious kitchen?

Starby Hotel & Conference is now looking for a Pastry Chef / Baker who wants to help develop our dessert and bakery offerings.

About the role

This role focuses on pastry and desserts, combined with artisanal baking. You will work closely with our chefs to create a cohesive experience between the kitchen, baked goods, and overall experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Pastry products and coffee breads
• Conference snacks and cake buffets
• Artisanal bread for breakfast and lunch
• Product development in collaboration with our chefs
• Planning the assortment based on season, ingredients, and guest experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained pastry chef and/or baker, or has solid professional experience
• Has a clear focus on pastry, desserts, and craftsmanship
• Enjoys working creatively and closely with chefs
• Is structured, self-driven, and quality-conscious
• Wants to help develop a strong culinary overall offering
